How much does shipping cost?
We try to keep shipping costs to a minimum for you and we only charge the actual cost of postage. We ship all of our items using Australia Post couriers, so the shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the item and your postcode.
What shipping options do you offer?
We use Australia Post Express Delivery as our default shipping method. For some bulky items that exceed what Australia Post can carry, we use specialised courier services such as Fastway and Toll.
We also provide an option for you to pick up your paid-for order in person from our warehouse in Prestons.
You can select the option you prefer as part of the order process.
Express orders will be delivered on the next business day within the Express Post delivery network for orders received by 9:00am (EST) each day. Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of MyShopNGo and we will advise you if this happens where we can.
Orders are shipped out of our Sydney warehouse and will be delivered by Australia Post. If no one is available to take delivery of the order, the courier will leave it in a safe place near your door.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse (Click n Collect)?
Yes, you can pick up your order from our warehouse in Prestons between 7:30am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.
Click and collect orders will be ready for collection after 48 hours (for orders placed by 3pm).
Make sure you select “Click n Collect” as your delivery option during checkout. Also be sure to bring your drivers licence, as we will only release goods when we are certain that you are the person who placed the order.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this stage, but we do ship to all Australian states and territories.
Where is my order?
If two weeks or more have passed since you placed your order, please email our MyShopNGo team so we can help you further.
I can’t track my order, is it on the way to me?
Once you’ve placed your order and received your email receipt, we’ll start getting your order together right away. Your order will take 1 to 6 days to arrive, depending on your location and the shipping service you selected at check out.
If you wish to query a delivery, please contact our MyShopNGo team and cite the order reference number.
Can I have my order redirected to a different address?
For your security, we are unable to change the address your order is being sent to. If no one is available to take delivery of your order, the courier will leave it in a safe place near your door.
Can I have my order delivered to my PO Box address?
Yes, you can have an order delivered to a PO Box address within Australia
