What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card (including Visa, Mastercard and Diners) and debit cards (including Visa and Mastercard).
We DO NOT accept payment via Paypal, BPAY or Amex cards.
What is your credit card surcharge?
Due to changes to the Card Payment Surcharge Rules, we have been able to negotiate a significantly lower surcharge rate from our Merchant Service Provider. As per the rules, we have passed this saving on to you in full, effective Monday 1st July 2024.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a 7-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by you, the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. MyShopNGo will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
If you have any enquiries regarding our terms and conditions and the payment services offered by eWAY please visit our website at www.myshopngo.com.au.
What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?
If you enter the details for a credit card and the payment is declined, you will be given the option to re-enter the details or to enter details for another credit card. We suggest checking the following:
Check the card details to make sure the information is correct.
Make sure you enter the security code correctly – that’s the three digit number on the back of your card.
Your card issuer may have declined your payment – as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them.
If you’ve checked all of the above, try paying with another credit card.
If you’ve tried all these and are still having problems, please email our MyShopNGo teams with as many details as you can about the issue – including any error messages you receive, and we’ll try to resolve it as soon as we can.
When will my account be charged for my MyShopNGo order?
When you place your order, EWAY carries out a standard pre-authorisation check on your credit card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction.
If your card is not authorised, your card will not be debited and your order will not be placed. You will be given the option re-enter the details or to enter details for another credit card. Your card will be debited once your payment has been approved
