Dear customers,
If you’ve been experiencing long wait times on your orders and deliveries lately, you’re not alone.
Like so many other Aussie businesses, we’re experiencing labour shortages due to Covid sickness or isolation, and this is affecting our ability to get your orders to you within normal lead times.
Due to a substantial increase in the amount of pick up orders being placed, we are making some changes to the timing around order collections.
Click and collect orders will now be ready for collection after 48 hours (for orders placed by 3pm).
We’ve joined forces with TE Connectivity to bring you some very cool giveaways!
For the month of October 2021, you’ll receive a premium golf umbrella, a cooler bag AND a 5m tape measure with your order when you spend $400 + GST or more (excluding freight and surcharges) on TE Connectivity products. That includes Tappat, Raychem and Utilux brands!
Dear customers,
We like to be straight up with you, so we’re letting you know that we’re currently experiencing delays to our processing and shipping times.
